Some courses don't end at "Congratulations." For many teams, the real work starts the moment the learner finishes — that's when you ask the questions that help you improve the course, gauge satisfaction, or capture a signup.
Until now, that meant sending learners off to a separate tool: an email follow-up, a link on the final slide, a Slack nudge. Results were… okay.
ScormHero now embeds Typeform and Google Forms directly inside your SCORM courses. Drop in a share URL, pick the page type, and the form renders inline — no tab switching, no broken handoffs, no lost reactions.

What you can do with it
The Form page type works at any position in your course, so you're not stuck sticking a survey at the end. Here's what authors have started using it for:
Course reviews and post-course feedback. Capture reactions while they're freshest — right when the learner hits the last slide. Most learners won't fill out a follow-up email; very few will skip a form that's already in front of them.
NPS and satisfaction surveys. Measure how likely learners are to recommend the course. Trend it across cohorts to see whether content changes are moving the needle.
Pre-course intake. Ask about role, prior experience, or goals before the learning starts. A short form on page one costs thirty seconds; the data is gold for segmenting responses and improving your content later.
Compliance attestation. Collect a signature or policy acknowledgment as part of the course — a clean audit trail without bolting on an external tool.
Lead capture. If you're running a free course or a marketing funnel, a Google Form or Typeform at the end feeds interested learners into whichever CRM you already use.
The common thread: these are things authors were already doing — just split across email, extra links, and separate tools. Now they happen in the same place the learning does.

Under the hood
Two things to know about how the integration works:
Paste and go. Drop any Typeform or Google Forms share URL into the Form page's URL field. ScormHero detects the provider automatically — no toggle, no API key, no integration setup.
Hidden fields (Typeform). This is the part that makes the integration genuinely useful beyond "an iframe in a slide." For Typeform, ScormHero passes the learner's name, ID, course title, and course ID as hidden fields in the URL. Responses land in your Typeform dashboard already tagged with who submitted them and which course they came from — perfect for stitching feedback back to a specific cohort or training session.
Google Forms supports pre-fill through its own URL format; we're looking at adding the same pass-through for Google Forms soon.

Start collecting
The Form page type is live right now on every plan. If you're using ScormHero already, add one to your next course — whether that's a one-question NPS, a full feedback survey, or a compliance attestation.
If you're not using ScormHero yet, create a free account and give it a try. Five minutes from now your course can be asking learners what they actually think.
